As an independent multimedia journalist, my long form reporting investigates issues of discrimination, stigma, and social exclusion and the community-building efforts to counter them, with a dual focus on public health and migration.

Documentary bodies of work in progress investigate the fate of Chinese migrants who survived the 1993 Golden Venture human smuggling ship disaster and the asylum politics impacting Afghan refugee youths in Berlin.
